Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch.

Cancellation requests shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

• Product damaged during transit
• Wrong product supplied
• Significant quality issue verified by Shakti Sudha
• Order cancelled by Shakti Sudha

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided for:

• Change of business requirement
• Incorrect order placement by buyer
• Minor packaging variations
• Delay caused by logistics beyond reasonable control

Quality Complaint Process

Complaints must be reported within:

• 48 hours of delivery for transit damage
• 7 days for quality-related issues

Supporting photographs and batch details may be required.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment mode or bank transfer.

Bulk and Customized Orders

Private Label, OEM, Contract Manufacturing, Export, and Customized Orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable after production commencement.
